The Role

The Business Partner HSE Emulsion DNAP provides HSE support to DNAP Emulsion Network Plants (Moura, Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie). The portfolio and sites may change from time to time based on operational requirements. The role is designed to partner with, coach and advise operational leaders and teams. The role drives HSE standards, culture and systems to achieve performance outcomes. The role ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and supports effective risk management across operations. The Business Partner HSE Emulsion DNAP is the primary point of HSE advice and support for the Emulsion Network Plants. The role requires regular engagement and a visible presence across the sites within its remit, with approximately 50% or more of time spent in the field supporting operations.

Partner with site leaders to achieve the ongoing implementation of DNL’s HSEC objectives and drive a culture of Zero Harm

Assure conformance with company HSE standards and procedures, as well as applicable legislation

Lead the ongoing maintenance, communication, and implementation of HSE management systems at the sites

Execute HSE verification audits, risk reviews, critical control verifications and other tactical HSE activities at the sites

Coach and develop others to improve HSE performance through time in field

Analysis, reporting and presenting HSE performance metrics

What you’ll bring

You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Safety, Environment, Health related disciplines, or other business degree) (preferred)

Experience in a Health, Safety and/or Environment (HSE) role within complex, operational or industrial environments

Proven experience in the development, maintenance or governance of HSE management systems or frameworks, including standards, policies, procedures and supporting documentation

Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build strong working relationships with operational leaders, HSE professionals and functional teams

Ability to travel to Sites on a Regular basis
