RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Coordination & Management: Learn to manage projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring they meet specifications and timelines. Maintain a detailed project timeline to track progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Project Administration & Documentation: Support the development of detailed project plans, coordinate resources, and help track milestones to ensure on-time delivery of our bathroom pod solutions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to align expectations and integrate feedback into project execution.
- Risk Mitigation & Reporting: Assist the Project Manager with quality control and risk management. Report potential delays or issues promptly to support timely resolution.
- Budget & Financia Support: Support in budget tracking and financial reporting. Provide updates to the Project Manager and contribute to accurate cost management.
- Supplier & Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining quality standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate eagerness to develop a strong understanding of modular construction processes and tools, including project management software and manufacturing systems.
- Technical & Planning Assistance: Interpret construction drawings, assist with project planning and scheduling, and provide technical insights to optimise construction methods and ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and building codes.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Prior internships or practical work experience in the construction field is preferred, supporting the hands-on application of theoretical knowledge.
- Experience in a client-facing role is also preferred, demonstrating confidence in verbal communication.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and passionate about prefabrication, digital construction, and sustainable building methods.
