Support ACRRM registrars through their training journey with case management, wellbeing support, and coordination of training activities.

ACRRM is growing and we continue to build our teams in each state and territory across Australia and are now recruiting for a NSW/ACT based Training Program Advisor (TPA).

The successful applicant will be responsible for the case management of Medical Registrars throughout their training journey with the college. The role will include Training Post support services with

Duties of the role

Coordination and implementation of support services to our stakeholders including registrars, supervisors, and training posts in line with ACRRM’s fellowship program and College policies and standards.

Ensure administrative tasks related to training documentation and data entry is accurate and updated in a timely manner to college data management platforms.

Monitor and case manage training progression of registrars to ensure compliance through regular data audits and accurate record-keeping.

Work with the regional training team to coordinate and manage the registrar training activities and training requirements in line with the fellowship program.

Work with the regional training team to coordinate and manage training post and supervisor related training obligations and documentation.

Promote and support registrar wellbeing.

Support registrar training activities, delivery of workshops, placement management and networking events.

Be self-motivated and proactive in driving work outcomes demonstrating initiative to achieve desired results.

Manage complex and competing priorities.

Work in multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication and strong relationship building skills through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Engage in self-directed learning and development.
