  • Partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective, inclusive and timely recruitment outcomes.
  • Creating compelling job adverts and candidate communications that reflect our employer brand and EVP.
  • Using recruitment tools, AI and automation to improve efficiency, diversity and candidate experience.
  • Supporting onboarding activities that help new starters feel welcomed, informed and connected.
  • Contributing to employer brand and EVP initiatives, including employee storytelling, alumni engagement and Employer of Choice submissions.
  • Maintaining recruitment data, reporting on hiring trends and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting broader People & Culture projects and initiatives as required.

Experience and skills

  • 8+ years’ experience of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in both agency and internal HR environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
  • Strong sourcing and selection capabilities, including the use of AI and recruitment tools (SEEK, LinkedIn, ATS).
  • Strong ability to work in a hands-on role straddling both strategic and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in creating engaging candidate experiences and strengthening EVP.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist would be highly regarded.

About you

You’re collaborative, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience for candidates, hiring managers and employees. You’re comfortable working at pace, balancing competing priorities and moving between strategic projects and day-to-day recruitment delivery. You bring curiosity, sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset, and you know how to build strong relationships that deliver great outcomes.

A qualification in HR or a business-related discipline will be highly regarded. Some interstate travel and out-of-hours work may be required.
