About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs, supporting children's learning and development, and mentoring educators within a collaborative team environment.

You will:

• Lead engaging play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF and QKLG
• Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where children can thrive
• Mentor and collaborate with educators to support quality practice
• Document, assess and support children's learning and development
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Act as Responsible Person when required
• Contribute positively to our centre culture and values

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – essential
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG and National Quality Framework
• Experience documenting and assessing children's learning
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills
• Current Paid Blue Card – essential
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and quality outcomes for children
