Customer Relations Executive

The Customer Relations Executive will perform a variety of tasks including the End-to-End Supply chain relationship management of a portfolio of Retailers, strategically manage orders to meet Net Sales plans whilst driving efficiency through overall Supply operations, Leading key Supply processes that engage and align multiple internal stakeholders.
This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity.
Key Responsibilities But Are Not Limited To
- End-to-End Supply chain relationship management of a portfolio of Retailers. This will involve collaborating directly with Retailers to improve Supply chain KPIs, manage orders from processing right through to store including handling of enquires, holding monthly alignment meetings to align Sales plans with Supply chain operations.
- Drive alignment on Net sales plan to Supply operations with internal stakeholders. Create visibility on End of month capabilities and operation timings to meet business needs.
- Engage cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Collaborate with and manage Courier providers to ensure outbound deliveries are completed on time and in full. Hold monthly results meetings with transport provider to help drive improvements in Delivery performance
- Work within the SAP system and BOT automation to ensure orders are released on a timely basis.
- Partnering with OneSource team to optimise order processing , reduce complexity, and drive process harmonisation
- Support the Customer Relations Manager as required

- Working knowledge of a computerised system including:
- Microsoft Office application (excel, outlook,);
- SAP desirable but not required;
