What You'll Do

  • Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare datasets into unified analytics platforms
  • Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
  • Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment between data strategy and research goals
  • Translate sophisticated findings into clear, meaningful outputs for both scientific and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute domain expertise to AI training projects focused on healthcare, genomics, and life sciences

Who You Are

  • Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
  • Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful clinical or scientific insights
  • Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
  • Detail-oriented with a systematic, rigorous approach to data quality and accuracy
  • Clear communicator — equally comfortable presenting to scientists and non-specialist stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows applied to healthcare or genomics
  • Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, or translational research
  • Experience navigating HIPAA-compliant or similarly regulated data environments
