Litigation and Dispute Resolution 4+ Years PAE

A well-regarded Brisbane litigation team within a leading second-tier firm (working with seven partners) is seeking a 4th year lawyer up to Senior Associate to join during a period of sustained growth.

You’ll work on a range of complex commercial disputes, with direct partner access and strong client exposure.

Matters span

• Corporations Act / director duties / compliance
• Shareholder and contractual disputes
• Regulatory and investigations
• Defamation and reputation matters
• Intellectual property disputes
• White-collar / investigations
• General commercial litigation across key industries

About you

• 4–7 years’ PAE in commercial litigation
• Experience from a mid or top-tier firm
• Strong technical skills and sound judgement
• Confident managing matters and client relationships
