We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics initiatives that bridge complex healthcare data with real-world decisions.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior healthcare data professionals who know how to turn raw clinical and operational data into trusted insights. You'll guide BI teams, drive analytical strategy, and help build the infrastructure that makes sense of some of the most complex datasets in any industry.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Establish and enforce data governance standards appropriate to regulated healthcare environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and AI researchers to align analytics outputs with broader project goals
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management — you've done this before and done it well
- Proven ability to design, manage, and scale BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and dimensional data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings
- Strong communicator who can translate data complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences
- Self-directed and capable of leading teams in a remote, asynchronous environment
- Sharp analytical mindset with a genuine commitment to data accuracy and quality
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI-driven analytics platforms
- Background working alongside AI or data science teams
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
