This isn't a sales role.

Instead, you'll become the commercial engine room supporting the NSW Sales Director and others in the commercial team - developing strategic responses, analysing campaign opportunities and ensuring campaigns are delivered flawlessly from brief through to completion.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the NSW Sales Director and Commercial team, you'll help shape client proposals, build compelling campaign responses and ensure every campaign is delivered accurately and efficiently.

You'll combine commercial thinking with exceptional attention to detail, becoming a trusted partner to the sales team while helping agencies and clients achieve outstanding campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Solutions & Proposal Development

  • Develop high-quality agency and client responses
  • Prepare site recommendations, audience insights and supporting documentation
  • Build polished presentations and commercial proposals
  • Help interpret client briefs and develop tailored campaign solutions

Campaign Delivery & Commercial Operations

  • Coordinate campaigns from booking through to completion
  • Manage schedules, creative assets, compliance and campaign reporting
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard

Data & Insights

  • Produce and interpret MOVE reporting before and after campaigns
  • Work across CRM platforms and internal systems
  • Translate campaign data into meaningful commercial insights

Process & Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate campaign and CRM data
  • Continuously improve internal processes and workflows
  • Take ownership of deliverables with a high level of accountability

About You

You'll ideally bring:

  • 3–5+ years' experience within a media agency or media owner environment
  • Experience across planning, investment, trading, campaign management or client solutions
  • Strong commercial thinking and excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using MOVE, CRM platforms or similar media planning tools
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
