In the role of Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will join the Credit Risk Team as we strengthen our focus on customer obsession.

You’ll make an impact each day by

  • Support the development and implementation of automated credit risk strategies for Business and Private Banking (B&PB) customers ensuring alignment with risk frameworks and risk appetite.
  • Work closely and maintain strong working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders (Credit Strategy, DD&A, Technology and Risk teams) to support the development and refinement of credit strategies, identifying gaps early and enabling timely enhancements to improve effectiveness.
  • Monitor performance and controls across automation pipelines, providing actionable insights that support ongoing health checks and continuous improvement.
  • Provide relevant and timely support across business lending across all aspects of credit risk including data and analysis, origination processes, models, policies, decisioning infrastructure and automated strategies.

You’ll bring to this role

  • 3+ years’ experience in banking industry/financial services using statistical decision tools
  • Strong analytics capability
  • Strong proficiency in Python and process monitoring and automation
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, curiosity and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
