About The Opportunity

CE Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major electrical and infrastructure projects across the Pacific region.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, supporting project teams and driving commercial, operational and client outcomes across a portfolio of Pacific-based works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of major electrical and infrastructure projects across the Pacific region.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost-to-complete and commercial performance.
  • Provide leadership and support to Project Managers and site-based teams.
  • Coordinate labour resources, procurement, subcontractors and project logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale electrical, infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams across remote and international environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and project financial performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Electrical trade, engineering or project management qualifications highly regarded.
  • Brisbane based and willing to travel regularly to project sites across the Pacific region.
