Your New Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Finance Planning & Analysis to lead the Fund's budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and long-term financial modelling capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Business Finance, you will play a critical leadership role, partnering with senior executives to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

Some key responsibilities will include to:

  • Lead the Fund's budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes, providing strategic financial insights to support business objectives.
  • Deliver executive and Board reporting, translating financial performance, trends and key business drivers into actionable insights.
  • Provide financial modelling and commercial support for strategic initiatives, business cases, enterprise projects and M&A opportunities.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Strategy and the broader business to drive informed decision-making and optimise financial outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team while driving continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, processes and technology.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Big 4 accounting experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in FP&A leadership roles, ideally within financial services, superannuation, banking or wealth management.
  • Strong financial modelling and forecasting expertise, with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience presenting financial insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
  • Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
