Our client is an established Australian technology consultancy with more than 25 years of experience delivering critical infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, communications, and managed services solutions to organisations across government, transport, retail, financial services, healthcare and commercial sectors. As the business continues to expand nationally, they're investing heavily in their Advisory & Consulting practice and are looking for ambitious professionals who want to develop into trusted consultants.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Consultant, you'll work closely with senior consultants and delivery teams to support engagements from discovery through to solution design.

Responsibilities include

• Support client consulting engagements from initial discovery through to strategic roadmap development.
• Conduct research and analyse client environments to understand current business and technology challenges.
• Assist in developing Current State Assessments and Future State Roadmaps.
• Work closely with technical, delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure recommendations are practical and achievable.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and professional engagement.
• Coordinate workshops, discovery sessions and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and engagement records.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and contribute ideas throughout engagements.
• Represent the business professionally at client meetings, industry events and technology forums.
• Continue building knowledge across modern infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking and AI-enabled technologies.

• Exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity or managed services.
• The confidence to engage with stakeholders and ask insightful questions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A desire to learn and develop into a trusted technology consultant.
