Maintenance Manager

Austcorp Executive are partnering with a leading Australian owned company specialising in the service and repair of heavy mobile equipment to recruit a Maintenance Manager.

This position will be part of the Senior role and will be pivotal in developing operational capabilities and positioning the service and repair division for sustainable growth and operational excellence. The company works with leading clients across the mining, transport and bulk haulage throughout Australia.

This role will be FIFO or residential to Port Hedland.

Operational

• Oversee the Service and Repair departments of heavy mobile and transport equipment
• Develop and implement repair and service schedules and procedures
• Manage budgeting, operational planning and reporting
• Manage and update companies electronic maintenance system
• Ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and management of sound employee relations and safety practices
• Supporting Business Development Opportunities across the region
• Promote a strong safety culture within the organization
• Collaborate with the ERP team to enhance and optimise the ERP system functionality to better support service & repair operations

A bit about you

• Relevant Trade Qualification (E.g. HD Mechanic, Vehicle Body Builder, Auto Electrician etc) (Highly Regarded)
• Proven experience in a Senior Leadership Position in a Maintenance or Service role (Transport, Mining, Bulk Haulage)
• Strong leadership capabilities with ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple locations
• Results-driven mindset with focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
