Who are we?
Avina Therapy is one of Australia's leading allied health providers, supporting children, adults and families through a range of therapy and disability services across the country.
Following a recent merger and rebrand, the organisation is entering an exciting new chapter. With recruitment now operating under a state-based model and continued demand for allied health professionals nationwide, they're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team and provide additional support during a period of parental leave cover.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a collaborative People & Culture team where the foundations are already in place.
You'll inherit structured recruitment processes, established templates and supportive leadership, allowing you to focus on what you do best - partnering with hiring managers and delivering a great candidate experience!
Who are you?
You're an end-to-end recruiter who enjoys building relationships and keeping multiple vacancies moving at once.
Ideally, you'll bring experience recruiting within allied health and already understand roles such as Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners or Social Workers. That industry knowledge will allow you to hit the ground running and quickly build credibility with hiring managers!
If your experience comes from the broader healthcare, disability or community services sector, we'd still love to hear from you. Whether you've worked in-house or agency, you're confident managing recruitment from briefing through to onboarding and enjoy partnering with hiring managers to find great talent.
You're adaptable, organised and proactive, happy to work in a changing environment and not afraid to pick up the phone. Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering a great candidate experience.
