About the Role

As a Mortgage Broker with Livi Lending, you'll operate your own broking business while benefiting from the support, systems, referral networks and industry reputation of an established organisation.

You'll play a key role in guiding customers through their home finance journey while working closely with internal stakeholders, including New Home Consultants, to deliver seamless and empowering customer experiences.

You Will

  • Provide expert advice on lending products, refinancing and tailored financial solutions
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit compliant, accurate loan applications
  • Work closely with lenders and customers throughout the entire loan process
  • Engage in lead generation, supported by company-driven and internal referral streams
  • Leverage our digital tools, CRM and marketing support to build your personal brand
  • Represent Livi Lending professionally in the market and within Burbank Group networks
  • Proactively build and maintain referral relationships to grow your client base
  • This role suits someone with strong relationship-building ability, commercial acumen and a genuine passion for helping customers make confident financial decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (mandatory)
  • At least 2 years' experience in mortgage broking or lending
  • Strong credit, product and lending process knowledge
  • High-level customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients with accuracy and urgency
  • Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships
  • A self-motivated approach with strong business development skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to grow your own client portfolio
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes
