Job Description
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks for the team.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars effectively.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Maintain and organise records, files, and office supplies efficiently.
- Assist in organising team events and travel arrangements when necessary.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Team Assistant Should Have
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles within the business services industry is desirable.
