Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks for the team.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars effectively.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
  • Maintain and organise records, files, and office supplies efficiently.
  • Assist in organising team events and travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Team Assistant Should Have

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles within the business services industry is desirable.
