As our lending division continues to grow, we're looking for an energetic and client-focused

Client Experience Specialist - Lending to join our Perth team.

This is more than a traditional client service role. It's an opportunity to build a career in lending while helping clients achieve one of life's biggest goals – owning and investing in property.

Working alongside our Lending Specialists and Lending Support Officers, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional client experiences, identifying opportunities to support clients and helping drive the continued growth of PictureWealth Lending.

About The Role

As the Client Experience Specialist, you'll often be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in helping them connect with the lending advice they need.

You'll spend your days building relationships, engaging with clients, identifying opportunities and supporting clients throughout their lending journey.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Engaging with existing PictureWealth clients to identify lending opportunities
• Managing inbound enquiries from advisers, referral partners and marketing campaigns
• Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for Lending Specialists
• Supporting client retention and annual review programs
• Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service
• Assisting clients throughout their lending journey
• Supporting the continued growth of PictureWealth Lending

About You

You genuinely enjoy helping people and are passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.

You're someone who loves building relationships, having conversations with clients and helping connect them with the right solutions. You bring positive energy, a proactive mindset and enjoy being part of a team focused on helping clients achieve their goals.
