We’re looking for an Office Manager to take the lead in creating an engaging, vibrant, and efficient workplace in our South Australia office. You’ll be the heart of our workplace — ensuring smooth operations, coordinating events and supporting our people so they can do their best work every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Waymouth St, Adelaide, SA office
  • Partner with leaders to ensure our spaces are safe, well-resourced, and aligned with The TSA Way
  • Organise and manage office events, awards, and celebrations that bring our people together
  • Manage office budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships with precision and care
  • Support onboarding and ensure every new starter feels welcome and ready for success
  • Be the go-to for all things workplace, from asset management to WHS coordination
