At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build smarter, safer AI models. As a Nursing Informatics Specialist, you'll apply your real-world nursing knowledge to evaluate how AI understands clinical workflows, EHR documentation, and health information systems — directly shaping tools that could impact patient care at scale.

- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
- Apply your EHR and informatics expertise to assess how well AI models understand health information systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to clinical documentation and patient care processes
- Translate frontline nursing knowledge into structured feedback that improves AI model quality
- Review and annotate clinical scenarios, informatics tasks, and health IT workflows
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in informatics or health IT
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
- Strong analytical skills — able to identify what's wrong with a clinical AI output and articulate why
- Comfortable providing detailed, structured written feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment
- No prior AI experience required — your clinical knowledge is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience in clinical informatics, health data analysis, or EHR implementation
- Familiarity with data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI review workflows
