Cleaning Restoration Manager

Cleaning Restoration Services (CRS) is a leading provider of restoration services. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Restoration Technician to join our team.

* Assess and evaluate damage to properties, including carpets, upholstery, and hard floors

* Develop and implement restoration plans to return properties to their pre-damage condition

* Operate and maintain restoration equipment, including extractors, dryers, and cleaning machines

* Conduct inspections and testing to ensure restoration work meets industry standards

* Supervise and train restoration technicians

* Communicate with clients and provide updates on restoration progress

* Maintain accurate records and reports

* 5 years of experience in restoration and cleaning industry

* IICRC Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and industry standards

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* White Card, Police Check

* Experiance running restoration projects, including large loss

* Experience managing people

* Knowledge of OH&S regulations and procedures
