About the Role

Providing administrative support to our site leadership and projects team

Liaising with our Perth based planning team regarding changes to flights, accommodation, transfers

Day to day site administration duties including timesheets, radio management, raising purchase orders, maintaining office consumables

Coordinate meetings, preparing and distributing minutes

Assist with daily and weekly reporting

About You

12 months FIFO site administration experience, preferably within mining

Experience with CMS/ Workflow / SAM / Pegasus is highly desirable

Strong proficiency across MS Office suite

A valid Australian Drivers Licence

Working at Heights

Confined Space

Construction White Card

A National Police Check

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screens
