Youll lead learning initiatives that support technical excellence, strong leadership and great customer outcomes. Its a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys translating complexity into clarity, partnering closely with the business and seeing learning come to life. This is a 6-12 month internal secondment or max term contract role based in multiple locations across Australia.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver learning and capability programs that support Workers Compensation claims and underwriting teams across onboarding, technical mastery, leadership and customer service
• Build and refresh the annual learning and development plan, aligning capability priorities with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Lead capability assessments to identify skill gaps, track progress and continuously improve learning approaches
• Coordinate onboarding experiences that help new starters feel confident, supported and productive from day one
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts to deliver engaging, practical and compliant learning solutions
• Develop and maintain learning resources, platforms and competency frameworks, balancing impact, quality and budgets

What You'll Bring

• Experience working within Workers Compensation scheme
• Confidence interpreting legislation, policy or technical requirements and translating them into clear learning outcomes
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine interest in helping others build capability and confidence
