This is a 6-12 month internal secondment or max term contract role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver learning and capability programs that support Workers Compensation claims and underwriting teams across onboarding, technical mastery, leadership and customer service
- Build and refresh the annual learning and development plan, aligning capability priorities with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Lead capability assessments to identify skill gaps, track progress and continuously improve learning approaches
- Coordinate onboarding experiences that help new starters feel confident, supported and productive from day one
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts to deliver engaging, practical and compliant learning solutions
- Develop and maintain learning resources, platforms and competency frameworks, balancing impact, quality and budgets
What You'll Bring
- Experience working within Workers Compensation scheme
- Confidence interpreting legislation, policy or technical requirements and translating them into clear learning outcomes
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine interest in helping others build capability and confidence
