Role: HIL Senior Engineer

Experience: 8+ years

Required Technical Skill Set: MATLAB, Python/C++, HIL Testing, NI, dSPACE, MicroAutoBox/Speedgoat, TruckSim, Offboard-Onboard System Integration Testing for Fleet Management/ADAS

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Programming experience in MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C++
• Experience with HIL simulation platforms like NI, Speedgoat, dSPACE, MicroAutoBox, Vector CANoe.
• Design and develop automation framework that enables efficient HIL testing of both fleet management and ADAS systems.
• HIL Testing Expertise – Experience with Virtual Simulation and HIL systems for validation.
• Software & Embedded Testing – Familiarity with integration testing, DDS, CAN proto-cols, and real-time simulation.
• Ensure well-integrated infra setup for HIL system with device under test, sensors, and other hardware components.
• Identify which test cases can be automated and prioritize them to optimize the testing process.
• Evaluate and benchmark solutions and tools for automation based on project needs.
• Hands-on implementation of automated testing, developing test scripts, and executing automated test cases.
• Hands-on development of automation scripts, executing automated tests, maintaining the automation infrastructure, and troubleshooting issues during test execution.
• CI/CD Integration – Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD, or equivalent tools.
• Collaboration with dev and test team for requirement and issue analysis.

• Knowledge of autonomous haulage system & Mining domain, exp in mining industry
