The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Bids & Tenders Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.

Working as part of a collaborative global bids and pursuits function, this role will support the delivery of strategic panel tenders, project bids, and complex pursuit opportunities from early-stage strategy through to submission and presentations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and play a key role in driving high-quality work-winning initiatives.

As experience grows, the role will also take ownership of medium-complexity pursuits and provide strategic support to partners and senior leaders throughout the pursuit lifecycle.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in bids, tenders, pursuits, proposals, or business development within the legal or accounting environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills, with experience supporting complex work-winning processes
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and concise proposal content
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
