Client Associate

Join us as Client Associate where you will work alongside experienced media teams to support the delivery of campaigns for well-known brands. This is an entry level, admin focused role that plays a critical part in supporting the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns. You’ll ensure campaigns are booked, tracked, reported on, and delivered accurately. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is highly organised and brings a positive, can-do attitude!

This is 12-month fixed term contract, hybrid role based in our Adelaide office.

Please note we are unfortunately unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role and require at least 3 years of full working rights in Australia.

This includes

• Provide hands on administrative support across campaign planning, media bookings, invoicing, and reporting
• Manage and maintain media plans, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
• Support post campaign reporting, including data entry, checks, and basic analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams, media partners, and clients to resolve queries, discrepancies, and campaign updates
