An exciting opportunity has become available to join our fun and supportive Subscriber Services team as a Subscriber Services Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our subscribers, managing inbound enquiries while completing a range of service-focused administrative tasks across our newspaper titles. Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every subscriber.

Our operating hours are 7am to 4pm Monday - Friday, and 7am to 12pm weekends. Flexibility is essential with weekend availability required for this role.

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service within a contact centre, retail, or hospitality environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of customers.

About the role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our delivery and digital subscribers.

  • Handle a variety of daily enquiries including processing payments, managing delivery holds, setting up new subscriptions.

  • Assist customers with complaints and cancellation requests, taking a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

  • Provide clear, accurate, and consistent information to customers at all times.

  • Ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
