Salesforce Security Architect

Seeking a Salesforce Security Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce security architecture, ensuring alignment with departmental security policies, frameworks, and compliance requirements.

This role requires a minimum NV1 Security Clearance and is based on-site in Canberra.

You’ll bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a strong focus on security in complex environments.

Have specialist ICT skills in the following:

• Proven experience designing and implementing secure, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in regulated or government environments.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data visibility.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Shield Platform (encryption, event monitoring, audit capabilities).
• Experience in managing identity and access controls, including SSO and multi-factor authentication integrations.
• Experience interpreting and applying government cloud and security policies to Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with SPLUNK or equivalent security monitoring and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security governance, and compliance frameworks.

Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

Proven ability to drive adherence to architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
