Job Description
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders

- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support solution design and validation

- Maintain clear documentation and traceability
- Assist with testing, UAT, and implementation support
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Analyst Should Have
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in contract roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in process mapping and documentation
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Experience with transformation or system projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
