Your new company

Your new role
You will take ownership of end-to-end People & Culture across a workforce of 85+ employees, spanning across multiple network operations. The function is being rebuilt, giving you the chance to shape processes, influence culture, and drive outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a growing headcount
- Partner with leaders to support performance management and development
- Design and implement employee wellbeing programs
- Lead training needs analysis and coordinate learning initiatives
- Maintain and optimise HR systems, including BambooHR
- Provide day-to-day P&C advice across a diverse workforce
- Support a business undergoing structural and operational change
What you will need to succeed
- Strong generalist HR or P&C experience with hands-on delivery
- Proven end-to-end recruitment capability in fast-paced environments
- Confident stakeholder engagement across leadership and site teams
- Experience in construction or childcare is highly regarded
- Ability to work on-site and stay connected to operations
- A team-first mindset with a practical, adaptable approach
