A bit about your role
The Business Readiness Lead partners across Field Services and business units to plan, coordinate and deliver change effectively across multiple programs. The role focuses on assessing impacts, prioritising workstreams, and ensuring smooth implementation through clear readiness planning, stakeholder engagement and ongoing evaluation. It is responsible for designing and implementing communication strategies that drive awareness, engagement and adoption across diverse business functions and stakeholder groups, ensuring key messages are effectively delivered and understood throughout the change journey. The role emphasises collaboration, building strong relationships with leaders, and aligning teams to shared goals, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring changes are adopted successfully across the organisation.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in project and change management within complex operational environments, with the ability to lead end-to-end business improvement and transformation initiatives. They are skilled in developing and delivering business readiness and change plans using structured frameworks such as Agile and ADKAR and are comfortable working across multiple projects with competing priorities. With strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities, they collaborate effectively with senior leaders, partners and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve outcomes. They demonstrate strong change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to navigate complexity, manage organisational impacts, drive readiness activities, and support the successful adoption of change across diverse stakeholder groups. Experience communicating and engaging with frontline or field-based workforces to drive awareness, understanding and adoption of change initiatives is highly desirable.
