We’re seeking a hands-on manufacturing operator to join our Glendening team, bringing practical skills, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating timber machinery and equipment within a timber, pallet, and packaging environment
• Producing high-quality products to meet customer specifications
• Working efficiently within a team to meet daily production targets
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Using power tools like a nail gun, with confidence and precision

• Timber, pallet, or building materials experience highly regarded
