About The Role

Our Customer Experience team helps you build a customer-centric mindset, learn our core business and systems, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

  • You will be the first point of contact for Signet customers
  • Resolving customer queries through various channels; email, phone and live chat
  • Processing, and optimizing orders
  • Building product and systems knowledge

You'll also have opportunities for project work in sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, L&D and supply chain.

The Successful Applicant Will Have

  • A recent undergraduate degree (or about to graduate)
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales or hospitality
  • A current Australian driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Motivation to work independently
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
