In the role of Specialised Banking Manager, you will join Specialised Business Executive Metro & Specialised VIC and the Transactional Banking Team where customer obsession is not just a philosophy, but a daily practice. You’ll thrive in an environment where your expertise makes a tangible difference to customers across diverse industries and business stages.

You’ll make an impact each day by

  • Build deep relationships with a broad customer base, tailoring transactional banking solutions that support business growth and financial confidence.
  • Deliver capability uplift across NAB by coaching bankers, specialists, and referral partners.
  • Leverage data, technology, and NAB’s digital ecosystem to deliver efficient, secure, and customer‑focused outcomes.
  • Advocate for customers and champion experiences aligned with NAB’s long-term strategic ambition.
  • Navigate risk, compliance, and ongoing professional development with curiosity and accountability.

You’ll bring to this role

  • A track record of building strong, trust‑based customer relationships in banking or financial services.
  • Experience offering targeted, meaningful solutions that respond to customer needs.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to upskill others and clearly articulate value.
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and policy adherence.
  • Self-motivated and growth mindset with a commitment to fostering inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
