The Opportunity

As part of our opening leadership team, you will help bring Crystalbrook Sam’s food and beverage vision to life. Whether leading the broader food and beverage operation or taking ownership of a signature venue, you will be responsible for creating elevated experiences that feel effortless, authentic and distinctly Crystalbrook.

You will lead with energy, care and credibility. You will inspire a team of Collaborators to deliver exceptional guest moments, commercial performance and operational excellence, while creating a workplace culture that feels positive, purposeful and full of possibility.

About You

You are an experienced food and beverage leader with a genuine love of hospitality. You understand service, quality, pace, commercial outcomes and team leadership, but you also know that the most memorable experiences come from personality, connection and thoughtful detail.

You are passionate about wine, food, guest experience and the art of creating moments people remember. You are naturally engaging, commercially aware and confident leading teams in a premium hotel, restaurant, bar or lifestyle hospitality environment.

You bring quiet confidence rather than ego. You lead with warmth, clarity and accountability. You are energised by new ideas, comfortable challenging convention in thoughtful ways and excited by the opportunity to help create something from the ground up.

You Will Bring

• Demonstrated experience in food and beverage leadership, ideally within a premium hotel, restaurant, bar or lifestyle hospitality environment
• A passion for wine, beverage, food culture and elevated guest experiences
• Strong people leadership capability, with the ability to coach, inspire and develop high-performing teams
• Commercial confidence across revenue, cost control, labour management, stock control and profitability
• A guest-first mindset, with a natural ability to create warm, genuine and memorable interactions
• Strong operational discipline, with an eye for detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach
• The confidence to think differently, challenge convention respectfully and improve the guest and team experience
• Energy, resilience and adaptability, particularly within a pre-opening or fast-paced environment
