ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for dedicated and passionate Support Workers who have availability Monday to Friday with a weekend off once a fortnight and 2 days off during the alternate week to join our team in these newly created hybrid positions. Providing care across both NDIS and Aged Care sectors, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred support to our clients in their homes and within the community.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide tailored support to NDIS participants and Aged Care clients to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Facilitate community access and social participation.
- Implement individual support plans and maintain accurate digital documentation.
- Uphold a commitment to dignity, respect, and client-led care.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Ageing) or equivalent experience.
- Requirements: A valid Australian Drivers Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Attributes: A non-judgmental approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting vulnerable members of the community.
Compliance: Willing to obtain a:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
