ABOUT THE ROLE

Ready to make a real impact across our global retail network? As our Retail Risk Partner, you’ll play a key role in protecting our people, profit and brand by driving smarter ways of working across loss prevention, safety and operational risk.

Partnering closely with Retail, HR, Legal and Country teams, you’ll execute initiatives that reduce shrink, strengthen operational discipline, and elevate safety standards across stores. From investigations and incident response to coaching teams and supporting leaders, you’ll bring a hands-on, people-first approach to managing retail risk in a fast-paced, global environment.

This is a highly collaborative role based at our Geelong Support Office, with a global lens, supporting international markets and stepping in to support the broader Risk team during peak periods.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in retail loss prevention, asset protection, or operational risk (ideally across multi-site or regional environments)
• Strong track record of identifying trends and delivering shrink reduction initiatives through data, field engagement and retail leadership
• Experience leading investigations end-to-end, including theft, fraud and policy breaches, with strong attention to detail and discretion
• Comfortable using tools such as CCTV, POS data and reporting systems to support insights, investigations and audits
• Confident partnering cross-functionally and supporting stakeholders along with strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to educate and uplift teams in-store and in the field
• Solid understanding of safety, compliance and incident management within a retail and distribution centre environment
