Sample Managment Support (part-time)

• Receive and accession samples in system
• Pull and organize samples for analysis
• Maintain traceability and security of samples within freezers
• Learn freezer and other equipment maintenance procedures
• Learn sample discrepancy resolution and client communication processes
• Record tasks in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Learn and apply regulatory requirements; HIPAA, GLP, GCP, 21CFR Part 11
• Follow applicable SOPs and procedural documents
• Ensure lab area is clean and inspection ready at all times
• Other tasks as assigned

• HS Diploma or higher; all experiences will be evaluated
• Able to work in a regulated environment
• Able to work effectively and contribute within a team
• Able to work with computer systems
• Able to document clearly

Part-time Sample Management Support to receive, assess and oversee sample inventory. This is a fast-paced role where adaptability, attention to detail and timeliness are top priorities.
