Are you a strategic operations leader with experience scaling B2B partnerships and driving process innovation across transformative sales and support services?

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking

Vision Services Manager to join our team in North Sydney. Reporting directly to the ANZ Support Services Director, you will own and optimise high-value retail contracts with major corporate partners and enhance sales and support services for Vision Plan. This pivotal leadership role will see you bridge the gap between commercial strategy and operational excellence, ensuring seamless partner experiences across our extensive retail network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end experience for B2B partners, ensuring service excellence and delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable processes and automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise retail and commercial workflows across ERP, POS and SAP systems.
  • Monitor, analyse and present performance metrics to support business decisions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive, collaborative and accountable culture.
  • Build capability within the team through mentoring, succession planning and structured development initiatives.
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and support ongoing business growth.

About You

  • Minimum 3+ years managing specialised teams within B2B, commercial operations, or corporate support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; hands-on experience with enterprise ERP/POS systems (SAP highly regarded).
  • Strong background in managing complex SLAs, vendor contracts, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing senior corporate partners and internal cross-functional teams.
