The Opportunity

Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care is looking for experienced Grade 3, 4, and 5 Registered Nurses to join our clinical team and contribute to the delivery of highquality operational and residentfocused care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support care staff through supervision and delegation
• Complete assessments and care plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident health changes and implement timely interventions
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to support resident outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and wellbeing programs
• Maintain a calm, respectful, residentcentred care environment

Who You Are

• Current APHRA registration as Registered Nurse
• Experience in Aged Care
• A Grade 3, Grade 4, or Grade 5 Registered Nurse
• Ability to supervise, mentor and support care staff
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A positive, flexible, residentcentred approach
• Commitment to Aged Care Quality Standards and continuous improvement
