We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Housekeeping Assistants to join our team at Monash Gardens.

About The Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. You’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining exceptional hygiene standards across resident rooms and shared spaces
• Creating a warm, homelike environment that supports dignity and wellbeing
• Interacting respectfully with residents, including those living with dementia, illness, or disability
• Supporting the broader team in delivering a positive daily experience

About You

You’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys helping others feel comfortable and cared for: You'll bring:

• Experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning (preferred but not essential)
• A caring, respectful, and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations (encouraged)
