The opportunity

The primary objective of this position is to support the efficient operation of the Maintenance Delivery Works Management Centre through the coordination of dispatch and monitoring activities, maintenance of operational and customer service data, and provision of administrative and business support services.

The role is responsible for ensuring the timely allocation and monitoring of field-based work, maintaining the integrity and quality of business information, supporting regulatory and performance reporting requirements, and providing contract and operational administration support.

Through effective coordination, communication and data management, the position contributes to safe and efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, positive customer outcomes, and the continuous improvement of Maintenance Delivery operations.

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar service and dispatch environment, with a focus on employee health and safety and customer experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and develop and maintain constructive and harmonious working relationships with team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilise a variety of computer systems.
  • Ability to train and coach team members in reaching KPIs as a team.
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
