We are seeking applications to join our People and Culture Team. The People and Culture Administrator works as part of a fast-paced and high-performing team to provide support across a board range of human resource functions.

The school is based in Ballarat, a regional city in the heart of Victoria, just over an hour's drive from Melbourne. Across three campuses students attend the school from 3-year old Early Learning to Year 12.

Role tasks and responsibilities

  • This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance. management, records maintenance and offboarding, while ensuring accuracy, compliance and a high level of service.
  • Acts as a key first point of contact for employee enquiries, helping to deliver a positive employee experience.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records and compliance checks, supporting performance reviews, managing offboarding activities and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • The role also contributes to employee engagement, continuous improvement initiatives and effective administration within the People and Culture function.

  • KS1 Child Safety
  • KS2 Qualifications and professional standing
  • KS3 Knowledge and experience
  • KS4 Personal attributes and organisational cultural fit
  • KS5 Communication
