- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Identify and report on trends in customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing customer support.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Customer Service Representative Should Have
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role within retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
