Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
  • Identify and report on trends in customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing customer support.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Customer Service Representative Should Have

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role within retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
