Our mission is simple: to bring specialist geriatric care directly to residents living in Residential Aged Care

Facilities across Melbourne, ensuring they receive timely, high-quality medical care in the comfort of their home. We believe older Australians deserve dignity, continuity of care and specialist expertise without unnecessary hospital visits.

We're looking for someone who:

Enjoys working within Residential Aged Care Facilities

Is organised, proactive and reliable

Has a positive, can-do attitude

Builds genuine relationships with residents, families and care staff

Is passionate about delivering holistic, person-centred care
