You'll support day-to-day operations while creating a warm and welcoming experience for residents, families and visitors. The role

As our Administration Assistant at The Willows Village, Winston Hills, you'll provide essential administrative support while becoming a trusted point of contact for residents and visitors.

Your impact

• Welcome residents, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Support village communications and resident administration
• Coordinate community events and activities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Village Manager
• Maintain accurate records, systems and confidential information
• Help create a positive and connected village experience
