About The Role

As our Senior Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation of our front office while ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

You'll work closely with our technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Greeting customers and managing front counter enquiries
• Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Preparing estimates and invoices
• Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
• Coordinating the daily workshop schedule
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
• Processing payments and finalising completed jobs
• Assisting with warranty claims and general administration
• Maintaining accurate workshop records
• Helping create an outstanding customer experience

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership and genuinely cares about looking after customers.

You'll Have

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or automotive administrator
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential)

• Parts interpreting experience
• Mechanical knowledge
• Experience using workshop management software
• Experience in the automotive industry

Salary $72,000–$92,000 (Negotiable)

Salary will be based on your experience, skills and the value you bring to our team.
