About the Role

The Marketing Manager is a part-time/ full-time*, on-site role based at our clinic in Mount Lawley, WA. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Fleur Skin & Wellness, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement and bookings.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing digital campaigns, leading social media and content creation, coordinating promotions and events, and analysing marketing performance to optimise results.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with clinic leadership and practitioners to ensure all marketing materials reflect the clinic’s values, services, and client-focused approach. This role also involves managing the marketing calendar, working with external vendors when needed, and maintaining consistent, high-quality branding across all channels.

*Part time to full time hours available to the right candidate.

About You

  • 2+ years in a marketing or social media role.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing management, preferably within health, wellness, beauty, or related sectors.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media management, paid social advertising, email marketing, and website/content updates.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in brand management, copywriting, and creating engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and adjust campaigns for better results.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Comfort working on-site in a client-facing clinic environment and aligning marketing with a holistic, client-led philosophy.
  • Interest in skin health, wellness, or holistic care and a commitment to inclusive, respectful, and non-discriminatory practices.
