What You’ll Do

  • Build Your Own Market: Proactively scan the Australian market for organizational pivots, digital transformation programs, and AI initiatives to unlock exclusive contract, freelance, and permanent talent solutions.
  • Consult at the C-Suite Level: Move away from transactional hiring. Partner with marketing directors, CTOs, and HR executives to help them audit, map, and secure hybrid talent capable of steering business strategy.
  • Drive Full 360 Delivery: Own the end-to-end process, from cultivating lasting client partnerships to engaging top-tier marketing, design, and digital tech professionals.
  • Be a Segment Expert: Position yourself as the go-to specialist in emerging niches (such as AI Product Management, UX/CX Design, Data Analytics, or Generative AI Engineering).

Who You Are

  • Proven Billing Performance: 3+ years of agency recruitment or business development experience in Australia, with a documented history of consistently exceeding targets and hitting high-value billings.
  • Commercially Curious: You stay ahead of industry shifts, tech advancements, and macro-economic announcements to spot hiring needs before your competitors do.
  • Stakeholder Gravitas: Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with the natural confidence to influence senior enterprise stakeholders.
